FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

"What makes you different from every other furniture retailer"
 -We are totally focused on quality and personalised customer service. We understand that you have many options available to you when buying your furniture. This is why we do not promise to be the cheapest, but we do promise to best the best in terms of fabulous quality SOLID WOOD ONLY furniture, and unrivalled personalised service. We know all of our customers and their orders personally. To us you are not merely a reference number, but a customer with a name and individual requirements. How nice and unusual is it these days when you call a retailer and they actually care about you and your needs? Well we do just that. We want you to come back time and again, and refer us to your friends and family, as this is how we have grown over the years.

"Do you deliver all over the UK"?
 - Yes, we can deliver all over the UK and Internationally if required. We deliver larger items FOC within 10 miles of Shrewsbury, all other areas are delivered at very reasonable rates.

"What can be made with your bespoke ranges"?
 - Just about anything. You can design your own pieces specific to your needs and we will make them up for you. If you need help to do this we will also do this too. Finishes, colours, paint effects etc. can also be personalised to your needs. "What are your delivery time-frames"?
 - Most orders will be delivered in 4 weeks or less. If items are not in stock we will let you know asap and provide an estimated delivery date. As with all  retail we are reliant on good, honest suppliers and as such we have hand-picked our supply partners based on quality, price and stock availability, with all holding stock in the UK. Many other furniture retailers who will offer 8 weeks or more, as stock is made to order overseas and then shipped to the UK and finally to you. With us you won't have this problem, and we will part deliver orders if there are any delays on certain pieces.

"How do I order"?

"Will a deposit be required on orders"?
Yes, we usually request a 50% deposit on local deliveries, with the balance paid on delivery. With orders outside our local area, we will require full payment at the time of ordering.
